o dear stress.....


This is what I wish I could do with stress when it descends....make it 'ascend'!  Yeah!  ha.  Nice visual heh.  Imagine just letting loose your hold on stress and let it fly off like balloons.....imagining it right now makes me feel much better.  I'll have to visualize this in the future.  Trouble is to remember to do it.  ha

Yeah, I'm a bit stressy.  Trying to figure out how some things 'work' at 'work' and getting the run around.  O that is so frustrating.  Balloons, balloons, balloons......:)  Working on not getting so 'worked up' about it.  It is a loaded issue for me and so this is why it feels so 'big'.  But I'm figuring stuff out.  Learning.  Letting go.

Off to Elder-place with Pip this morning.  I work with Pip daily.  Pip = pretty in pink.  She transports residents and goes to Church and has lunch.  She also helps out with the exercise circle there.  Off I go to get ready.
