Hey ya'll. Maison Mignon - Home Sweet is what I shall call this little space of ponderings for the time being - under the heading of sparkjoy. So its a name change of sorts - but not really. My mission is still to sparkjoy.
Ah the search to be original and to also have a name that is appropo to what is going on for me right now. And Home Sweet it is. My Huzzy is french so the 'maison mignon' set off this whole shaboodle. I like the way it sounds and also it is a constant in my life: being at home is sweet and comforting and my cuppa tea. I could also have called it 'I love bed'. Perhaps a new name to change it to one day.
I am finding this blogging business a good thing to practice writing. I use alot of incomplete sentences I will tell you! It is also good to practice putting down in words what I really mean - can I convey this using words already out there or will I have to make some up as well? Be prepared for alot of 'make up' words.
I have always loved letter writing and that is what this feels like to me. Writing a letter to outerspace. It is also a writing a letter to myself and well, I feel like it keeps me connected to everyone out there in outerspace.
I have a list of blogs that I pop in on daily. I love the visual ones equally as well as the wordy-ones. Blogs feed my creative soul and it is amazing the variety of creativity out there. Sometimes I feel envy but most times feel full-up with awe and inspiration.
