Huzzy is home sick with a cold and I need to take Benoit for a walkabout. It was so lovely and sunny again today (this morning) but now it is overcast (boo :( ) Fair weather walker (ha). I was going to go to the dogpark where he could run like the wind. It is a bit of a drive and as I write this I've decided to stay closer to home. Circle park here we come.
I've been putting up some Valentines day stuff - a 'love' heart on the backdoor (the door we use most) -a heart plate on the kitchen table - some glass, red hearts scattered on the bathroom counter and in the living room on the credenza. I put some funny valentines on the fridge (frankly I'm yours (with a weiner doing the talking) sista K's gift)I think that may be the extent of my valentines decorating. We'll see what whim may strike. Who knows where loves whim might take you.
I'd like to buy a nice bunch of posies to place in the living room (hope huzzy will get me some (nudge wink)) and if not - I will buy some for me!) I need some spring-like inspiration (springspiration?). I used to not be fond of carnations but I do fancy them now; you can get so many colors and they last for ages. My fave fleurs: sweetpeas, sunflowers, gerbers, lisianthus, peonies.... I am more of a 'country bouquet' kind of girl vs exotic fleurs. Or simple with startling colors. And you?
Ah but I do blog on. Dear Benoit wants me to walk-on , so off like Johnny Cash I will go! Sending you a lovely bouquet...........cheerio dearios
